Emancipation Studios are a fresh, new comic book company based in West Lothian, Scotland. They were founded in 2011 by lifelong fanboy James Lundy, author of their first comic series 'WIRED'.

As with a lot of things in life, the initial concept for Emancipation Studios actually started forming several years ago. Their purpose is to produce quality creator-owned comic books which showcase a whole array of talent, whilst telling stories that strive to push the envelope.

Their publications will be available via this web site, online stores, book shops and digital download. They will also be present at many of the big comic and sci-fi conventions throughout the year.
